Patrick has over thirty-five years of experience in diverse areas such as general management, financial accounting, operations accounting, project management, information systems development and management.
During his career he has successfully directed the closing and acquisition of various companies.
He also has worked effectively with management in stabilizing the transition resulting from the acquisition and restructuring of numerous businesses. In addition, Mr. Kraska has successfully selected and implemented numerous software packages such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Cash Management.
Throughout his career he has held positions such as Senior Financial Analyst, Controller, Director of Finance, Director of Information Technology and Chief Financial Officer.
Additionally, he is an experienced consultant in the areas of product development, pricing strategies, cost control, financial analysis, systems and technology management and cash triage.
Patrick earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Western Illinois University. In addition he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
